THE WINDOWS OF YOUR SOUL WERE DESIGNED IN THE OCEAN

Millions of years ago in the salty seas, life-forms developed light-sensitive skin zones. Along with distinguishing between light and dark, these enlightened zones could also identify the direction of light sources. Because the life-forms thrived via light sensitivity (it helped them find food, stay warm, etc.), eyes improved upon their original design features. They evolved into complex vision instuments that could recognize movement, form, and eventually myriad markings and colors. As we humans are descended from sea creatures, it makes perfect sense that our eyes must be constantly lubricated by salt water in order to see.
