Los Angeles—l.a.Eyeworks newest retail venture has won the American Institute of Architecture 2005 Institute Honors Award for Outstanding Interior.

The prestigious group chose eleven international projects. Since opening in June of 2002, l.a.Eyeworks first l.a.Eyeworks brand only shop, designed by architect Neil Denari, has been lauded by architecture and design critics. Gai Gherardi and Barbara McReynolds have championed modern architecture as the context for l.a.Eyeworks frames since the beginning, creating new and extraordinary spaces for their collections.
