Sparkling Kiki is the brainchild of performance artist and hard-to-believe-it Drag Queen Justin Bond. Currently the toast of New York, Justin's dragged-out, slightly washed up and drunk up Kiki performs a touching "night-club" act reviewing her past "high life" and traumatic growing up years (even though she did seduce several members of the football team).
